I don’t know if these words will ever do this experience justice, but this weekend marks 12 months of being a mum & it’s made me all nostalgic wanting to live this exact moment, the moment my life grew & my heart expanded, over & over again!
I wholeheartedly understand that not everyone’s birth experience is this positive or goes as they planned even with the best intentions, but I think it’s important to still share positive empowering birth experiences to reduce the fear around birth. To show it can be one of the most incredible experiences you’ve ever had. It truly was for us 💙💙
