Or do you require help to apply for things such as, but not limited too, home modifications, assisting technology, therapies, housing or even simply using your funding to access in home support, community

access and/or transport/ cleaning/gardening services? For a no obligation, open discussion at no fee to you or your funding, please contact Latitude by either phone or email. Latitude Support Coordination can support you to work towards your goals, in a way that is completely guided by YOU! Please note - you do not require specific Support Coordination funding allocated in your plan to access our services. We will work with you to develop another pathway for payments, so as to ensure you are supported with you NDIS plan no matter what!
