🏡 Salisbury North – Female SDA & SIL Vacancy
Our brand-new purpose-built SDA home has a vacancy available ⭐️
Home features:
• Brand-new, modern SDA home
• Two spacious living areas
• Beautiful outdoor entertaining area
• Brand-new appliances and furnishings
• Safe, welcoming environment
About the current participant:
• Female participant
• Loves music, colouring in, being outdoors and food!
• Attends Day Options during the week
• Has a strong family support network
• No behaviours of concern
• Supports available on a 1:1 or 1:2 staffing model, depending on individual needs
🏡 Goodwood – Male SIL Vacancy
We also have a vacancy in our Goodwood SIL home ⭐️
Home features:
• 1 large bedroom
• Large lounge room and kitchen area
• Bedroom includes a single bed and wardrobe (can be removed if you have your own furniture)
• Perfectly located in a great, central spot
About the current participant:
• Young male in his mid-20s
• Enjoys cooking, Xbox, community outings and spending time with his support team
• No behaviours of concern
• Relaxed, supportive home focused on independence and achieving individual goals
• Supports available on a 1:1 or 1:2 staffing model, depending on individual needs
Both homes are supported by a dedicated Service Lead and on-site Team Leader, ensuring consistent communication, quality supports and a person-centred approach for every participant ⭐️🩷
