Hi, I'm Belinda, a naturopath based in Adelaide, South Australia, with a special interest in helping people improve their sleep, cognition and mood and in stimulating their body's own self-healing ability. My fascination for biology and love of herbal medicine lead to a Bachelor in Health Science (Naturopathy) and I now weave my connection with nature into my work as a holistic practitioner.

Certainly a positive concept, but I'm not 100% on board with the wording. I'd rather "look for the good", as there is often good to be found, and we don't always see it. I hope you're having a productive, balanced week with moments of joy, closeness to nature and excellent choices. 💌
