Physiotherapists assess balance, strength, walking pattern, and mobility to understand what may be contributing to an increased risk of falls. From there, an individualised program may be developed to support safer and more confident movement.
This may include balance and strength exercises, mobility training, and education around safe movement strategies for daily life.
