It’s rarely just about s*x. ❤️

So often, couples come into counselling believing intimacy issues are about frequency, initiation, or feeling “out of sync.” But when we slow down and really listen, there’s often something deeper underneath.

✨ “I want to feel wanted.”
✨ “I want to feel close again.”
✨ “I want to feel chosen.”

Sometimes what looks like a “s*x problem” is actually a connection problem, a pressure problem, or a disconnection from emotional safety and closeness.

When emotional intimacy starts to suffer, physical intimacy often follows.

Healthy relationships aren’t built on perfection — they’re built on feeling emotionally safe, seen, desired, valued, and connected.
