Here we have one of our wonderful participants enjoying a community outing with her support worker, Nicki.

She loves getting out and about; whether it’s relaxing with a hot coffee, treating herself to a sweet treat, or enjoying a bit of retail therapy.

Community access is an important part of supporting our participants’ independence. It provides opportunities to build confidence, make choices, and enjoy meaningful social connection.

Meet Daniel! One of our dedicated Support Workers with 18 years of experience.

When he’s off the clock, Daniel is a true adventurer and a massive sports fan. You’ll often find him at a stadium with his daughter, cheering on everything from AFL and cricket to NFL and ice hockey.

Join us for our Community BBQ & Games Day!

We're excited to invite you to a group-based Community BBQ & Games Day! As a registered NDIS support provider, we love bringing people together and creating opportunities for real connection.

Come along for a fun, relaxed day out featuring:

🌭 A BBQ lunch

🌳 Outdoor games and activities

🤝 A chance to socialise and meet new people in a friendly, inclusive setting

This event is open to all NDIS participants, and it's a wonderful opportunity to get out, enjoy some fresh air, and have a great time in a low-pressure environment.

Please register your interest by Monday, 20th April, so we can cater accordingly.

Getting out and about with Authentic Care! 🚴🚴‍♀️

There’s nothing better than supporting our participants to enjoy the activities they love. One of our participants is a big fan of bike rides, so our support worker Nav brought his own bike along so they could hit the path together.

These outings are more than just fun, they encourage movement, build positive connections, and offer plenty of fresh air and sunshine. It’s all part of living a healthy, active life in the community.

Sue recently came to us as a dedicated Disability Support Worker with 5+ years’ experience.

Sue has worked in many areas across group homes, community settings, and SIL. Sue is passionate about person‑centred care, empowering choice and independence, and genuine connection.
Sue is a loving Mum of two and in her spare time she is a word‑game lover, and proud plant enthusiast.

Ahead of International Women’s Day this Sunday, we’re proud to celebrate one of our dedicated participants, who works three days a week and brings incredible enthusiasm to everything she does.

She thrives on being out in the community, and her work gives her a strong sense of purpose and independence.

Our committed support workers ensure she gets to and from her workplace safely and on time, helping her continue doing what she loves with confidence.
