✨ Get to know me ✨

Hi, I’m Leonie — but most people call me Leo.

I’m born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, and I’ve lived here my whole life.

I’m a naturopath, and I’m passionate about helping people understand their health in a deeper way — looking at what symptoms are really telling us and showing that there is always another way to support the body.

I’m deeply interested in energy and frequency, and how subtle shifts can create powerful changes within the body and overall wellbeing.

My days are full and meaningful — raising my three daughters, being a wife to my husband, supporting clients with their health, and spending time with friends and family.

Something people might not expect about me is how much I value my alone time. I love space to just be — reading, thinking, growing, and working on myself.

My core values are health, family time, and freedom.

Right now, I’m also studying to become a kinesiologist, which I’m really excited about.

One of the biggest things I’ve overcome is eczema. I experienced it before having children and, through learning more about my body, I’ve been able to resolve it completely.

I feel most like myself when I’m around like-minded people — having deep conversations about life, emotions, and spirituality.

On my days off, you’ll usually find me at the day spa getting a massage or curled up with a good book.

Three words people might use to describe me are: special, mum, and kind.

I’m most proud of my three girls — they are my biggest joy.

One of my favourite quotes is:
“Everything is energy, and you can shift this — which can change everything.”

And finally, I absolutely love to travel. Exploring new places and seeing the world is something that fills me right up.

Thanks for being here 🤍

Aging …

It has a way of shining a light on the choices we’ve made over the years.

When we are young, it’s easy to think we’ll always have time. Time to exercise. Time to eat better. Time to manage stress. Time to look after ourselves. But as the years pass, these little things we neglect do have a way of adding up.

The extra weight. The stiffness. The lack of energy. The aches and pains. The reduced mobility. The health challenges we never thought we’d face.

The things that took little effort can suddenly feel hard.

The reality of those choices we make don’t disappear. They accumulate. And often, they seem to gather speed as we get older.

But here’s the encouraging part…

Healthy choices accumulate too.

Every nutritious meal, every walk, every workout, every glass of water, every early night, every positive thought, every act of self-care is a deposit into your future self.

It may take time to regain your health, rebuild your strength, or improve your mobility. It may require more effort than it did years ago. But it is possible.

The same principle that got you here can take you somewhere better.

Small choices, repeated consistently, create remarkable change.

Start where you are. Do what you can. Keep going.

Your future self is built by the choices you make today, and it’s never too late to become a stronger, healthier, happier version of yourself.

Stop Letting Your Mind Work Against You

Your thoughts are powerful. The conversations you have with yourself every day shape your perspective and how you choose to experience the world.

When your mind constantly focuses on problems, setbacks, and the worst-case scenarios, your body will responds as though it’s under threat. Stress hormones rise, energy drops, motivation fades, and life can begin to feel heavier than it needs to.

Here is the good news - your brain is adaptable.

Each time you choose gratitude over complaint, possibility over fear, and solutions over problems, you’re creating a new mental pathway that support confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.

This doesn’t mean sticking your head in the sand and ignoring challenges or pretending everything is perfect. It means training your mind to see opportunities alongside obstacles.

✨ Notice what’s going right.
✨ Celebrate small wins.
✨ Focus on what you can control.
✨ Speak to yourself with kindness.
✨ Choose progress over perfection.

The thoughts you repeat become the beliefs you live by.

What are you choosing to focus on today?

If you could choose any TWO, what would they be? 🤔✨

1. Complete emotional peace
2. Unshakable confidence
3. A healthy, vibrant body
4. Deep, meaningful relationships
5. Clear life purpose
6. Financial freedom

Don’t overthinking—just go with your first instinct.

Your choice reveals what is in your heart right now. 💛

Symptoms are not the enemy.
They are messages from the body.

Pain, fatigue, headaches, skin issues, anxiety, digestive problems, inflammation… these are often warning lights telling us that something deeper is out of balance.

Medication can absolutely have its place, and in some situations it is necessary and helpful. But simply covering symptoms without asking why they are happening can sometimes mean the root cause continues to build quietly underneath.

It’s like putting a band-aid over a car engine warning light instead of looking under the bonnet.

Short-term relief may help you feel better temporarily, but long-term health often requires us to listen to the body rather than silence it.

The body is always communicating.
The question is… are we listening?

✨ True healing begins when we start addressing the cause, not just managing the symptoms.

True health is more than just what we eat or the supplements we take. ✨

Our physical body matters deeply… but so do our thoughts, emotions and spiritual wellbeing.

You can’t talk your way out of a vitamin deficiency, poor sleep, dehydration or a body that is crying out for nourishment. The physical body needs real support, care and nutrition.

But at the same time, you can eat all the “right” foods, exercise daily and still feel unwell if your mind is constantly living in stress, fear, anger, overwhelm or self-criticism.

The body listens to everything.

Chronic stress changes hormones.
Unprocessed emotions affect the nervous system.
Negative thought patterns can keep the body stuck in survival mode.
A disconnected spirit can leave us feeling empty and exhausted.

Health is not just physical.
It is emotional.
Mental.
Spiritual.
Energetic.

Real healing happens when we begin looking at the whole person instead of just symptoms.

Balance matters. 🤍

Nourish your body.
Protect your mind.
Process your emotions.
Feed your spirit.

That’s where true wellness begins.

Light therapy traces back thousands of years.

Traditional Chinese Medicine focused on meridians and stimulating specific points in the body to restore balance and energy flow.

The ancient Greeks practiced heliotherapy, using sunlight intentionally to support healing and recovery.

Ancient Egyptians designed healing temples around exposure to colored light and the sun’s natural rhythms.

Ancient Ayurvedic medicine from India incorporated sunlight and circadian balance as foundational elements of wellness.

Even centuries ago, people understood something modern science is now exploring more deeply:

The body responds to light.

The difference is … until now, wearable phototherapy technology like this simply didn’t exist.

A small patch designed to reflect the body’s own infrared light back into the skin and support cellular signaling processes is something remarkably new.

Ancient wisdom.
Modern technology.
The body’s own intelligence.

All converging around one idea:

The future of wellness is not about adding more to the body.

It’s about understanding how to communicate with it.

Consistency isn’t loud.
It doesn’t need applause.
It doesn’t demand motivation.

It’s the quiet decision you make on the days you don’t feel like it.

✨ It’s choosing the walk.
✨ It’s prepping the meal.
✨ It’s having the hard conversation.
✨ It’s showing up for your family.
✨ It’s doing the small habits that no one sees.

As a mum, a wife, and a woman building her dreams, I’ve learned this:
Big results aren’t built in big moments.
They’re built in small, repeated ones.

Consistency creates safety in the body.
It builds trust in relationships.
It stabilises blood sugar, hormones, moods.
It rewires the mind.

Not perfection.
Not intensity.
Not all-or-nothing.

Just steady.
Just intentional.
Just again tomorrow.

If you want a different life, don’t look for a massive breakthrough.
Look for a habit you can repeat.

What’s one small thing you can commit to this week? 🤍
