Some of you already know her. Most of you have been asking.

Julie was our very first staff member when Halo Glo opened in 2023, which means she has been here since the beginning. She left, she travelled, she ate her way through several countries and now she is back.

This time as our Lead Body Contouring Specialist, plus brows and lashes.

She came in for the lower belly. The part she noticed first was her jeans sitting flat at the back.

After having 2 children, she found that her abdomen, love handles and jawline were the areas she wanted to improve the most.

She was already trying. She’d been going to the gym, getting around 7,000 steps a day, trying fasting and making healthier food choices. She even cut back on oily foods and focused more on protein.

But despite all that, she wasn’t seeing much change on those stubborn areas 🥲

So instead of trying to completely change her lifestyle, we worked around what was realistic for her and focused on the areas she wanted to target most.

Sometimes it’s not about needing to try harder. You can be eating well, moving your body and doing all the “right” things and still have those stubborn areas that just don’t seem to shift.
