🙏 One-on-One Nervous System Support 🙏 . There are times when we don’t need to push harder, fix ourselves, or find more answers.
We simply need a space where we can feel safe enough to soften.
These individual sessions combine gentle talk therapy, Reiki, breath awareness, warmth, and deep rest to support your nervous system in settling out of survival mode and into a place of ease.
Wrapped in blankets, supported by cushions, and comforted with heat bags, you are invited to slow down, be heard, and allow yourself to receive care.
Each session is tailored to your needs and may include:
• Talk therapy and emotional support
• Reiki healing
• Guided breathing practices
• Deep rest and relaxation
• Warm blankets and heat bags
• A nurturing space to simply be
