Life outside of tattooing...
Recently I have fallen back in love with taking photos on film.
Honestly forgot how much different they look to photos on your phone or digital camera. Not to mention more care that goes into composing each shot because every frame is precious.
There's no editing the photos, in-between the first and last slide are raw and unedited. Just scanned in by the lab. (However have been cut/cropped by Instagram upon uploading)
Been on a photo walk at least every fortnight for a couple months now. I feel like I'm getting more confident with composition.
Turning away from big tech and picking up some second life film cameras has been a great feeling. I highly recommend giving it a go if you never have.
First and last photos are from my phone and iPad btw π
Hopefully this post isn't to stray from my business side. Let me know if you'd like to see more.
Happy to answer any questions if any one is thinking about picking up a film camera. I'm not an expert, just passionate.

For some who loves working with colour, I think I love the black and white photos best.
