A diagnosis can come with a LOT of noise.

Suddenly you’re expected to understand everything.

Everyone has an opinion.

Social media tells you what you should be doing.
And before you know it, you’re questioning yourself and wondering if you need to spend thousands of dollars to give your child the “best” chance.
I want to tell you something I wish every parent heard,
You do not have to do everything.

I’m a parent of a child on the spectrum, and a Mentor & Hypnotherapist with lived experience in this space.

Parents often come to me after receiving a practitioner diagnosis because they feel overwhelmed by all the information, advice and expectations coming at them.

I’m not here to add to that.
I’m here to help you turn the volume down.
To slow things down.

To separate what matters from what doesn’t.
To help you understand your options without fear or pressure.
And most importantly, to help you reconnect with your own instincts as a parent.

There is no single roadmap.

Your child is unique.
Your family is unique.
And your path will be unique too.

You don’t need to follow every trend.
You don’t need every therapy.
You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars trying to prove you’re doing enough.

You need support, perspective and space to find what feels right for your family.
