The Tuatha De Danann, the people of the goddess Danu, were the mythological race that ruled Ireland before the coming of the Gaels. When the Gaelic people arrived and defeated them in battle, the Tuatha De Danann did not leave.

They went underground, into the sidhe, the ancient burial mounds that dot the Irish landscape. The sidhe became their dwelling places, and they became the sídhe, the fairy folk.

They did not die. They withdrew. And the landscape of Ireland is still understood, in the oldest layers of the tradition, as a surface beneath which the older, divine population remains.

I had a little reminder today of why I fell in love with 9D Breathwork. ❤️

I went to a breathwork session purely as a participant, and afterwards a few people asked me, “Have you ever tried 9D?”

I just smiled. 😂

I didn’t tell them I’m actually a 9D facilitator because I didn’t want anyone to feel like I was comparing modalities or suggesting that what I do is somehow “better”. I wanted to experience today for exactly what it was.

But I’ll be truthful — I didn’t feel a lot during the session.

And strangely, that gave me something I wasn't expecting…

It reminded me just how much I’ve missed the depth of 9D.

I started thinking about all the people who have come through my sessions and the changes they’ve shared with me afterwards.

People releasing emotions they had carried for years.
People finally connecting with parts of themselves they had shut down.
People making huge changes in their lives.
People coming back and telling me, *“Something has shifted.”*

I've witnessed some incredible journeys through this work.

I’ve had a break from facilitating 9D, and I think I needed that break.

But maybe sometimes stepping away from something reminds you why you loved it in the first place.

So now I’m wondering…

**Have you missed 9D?**

Because after today, I realised I have. ❤️

Maybe it’s time to bring it back.
