Looking for a fun, supportive space to meet new people, build friendships and develop confidence?

Best Life Disability Services – Girls Night In is designed for young women aged 12–25 years, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can socialise, enjoy dinner and take part in a range of capacity-building and social activities.

Held fortnightly on Friday evenings from 4:30pm–8:30pm in Virginia, Girls Night In includes 1:1 individual support, with transportation to and from the event available as part of each participant’s support.

Activities are designed to encourage social connection, communication skills, confidence, independence, choice and community participation — while having plenty of fun along the way!

Whether it’s cooking, creative activities, games, conversations or simply spending time with friends, Girls Night In is about belonging, building skills and making great memories. 💕✨

Looking for a fun and supportive way to get out, meet new people and build friendships?

Best Life Disability Services – Boys Night In is designed for young men aged 12–25 years, providing a relaxed and inclusive environment to socialise, enjoy dinner, participate in activities and build confidence in the community.

🌿🎉 WE’RE OFFICIALLY NDIS REGISTERED! 🎉🌿

We are incredibly excited to announce that Best Life Disability Services is now officially an NDIS Registered Provider! 💚🧡

This is a significant milestone for Best Life and reflects the enormous amount of work, commitment and dedication that has gone into building our organisation and ensuring we meet the standards required of a registered NDIS provider.

Registration allows us to continue growing our services and supporting even more people, including participants with NDIA-managed funding, while maintaining our focus on safe, high-quality and person-centred supports.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing staff who show up every day for the people we support. We also want to thank our participants, families, carers, Support Coordinators and community partners who have trusted and supported Best Life throughout our journey.

Most importantly, thank you to our participants for allowing us to be part of your lives, goals and achievements. 💚

Mel entered her beautiful, bright bicycle-and-flowers artwork into the Art Open section and came away with a very well-deserved ribbon!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Best Life Art Exhibition and helped make it such a wonderful celebration of creativity, talent and community.

Our artists should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved. Every piece on display reflected their unique creativity, imagination and dedication, and it was wonderful to see so many people admiring and supporting their work.

Thank you to our participants, families, friends, support workers and community members who came along to celebrate with us. Your encouragement means so much to our artists and helps build confidence, connection and pride in their achievements.

Join the Best Life Disability Services Art Group, where participants can learn new skills, express their creativity, make new friends and create beautiful handmade projects in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

Two sessions available every Monday:
🕘 Morning Session: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
🕐 Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Whether you're an experienced artist or just want to have fun trying something new, our Art Group is designed to build confidence, encourage independence and provide a fantastic social experience in a supportive environment.

Participants picked up from home by one of the BLDS qualified support workers and assisted throughout the session at 1:1 ratio.
