This Reconciliation Week, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and support our communities.

The 2026 theme “All In”, is a reminder that reconciliation is an ongoing commitment built through listening, learning, respect and meaningful action 🌿 At Ease Assist we recognise the importance of culturally safe, inclusive and respectful support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present and acknowledge the strength, culture and continuing connection of First Nations peoples.

No matter how long someone has been part of our team, we deeply appreciate the commitment, care and compassion they bring to their work.

Supporting people with disability takes patience, empathy and genuine dedication, and we’re grateful for everyone who continues to show up including those who have been with us from the beginning.

Last week during our Easter celebrations our team got creative to keep our guests entertained with some Easter themed games 🐰 We love seeing our community come together for an experience that helped with social engagement and making friends.

This week we attend the Disability Events Community Expo in Belmore 💚 This was such a great event connecting with the local Sydney providers. It was good to see some well-known faces and friends in the industry.

These networking events are at the heart of what we do, making sure our knowledge and connections in the industry stay up to date, and working together towards better care for participants across the board 🌿
