Absolutely loving my new car magnets and seeing Hawaiian Fusion and Aloha Flow Wear come together on the wagon. 🌴

What started as one little idea continues to grow into something that feels more and more me — massage, wellness, retreat, creativity, clothing and island-inspired living, all connected by the same love and intention. ❤️

🌺 THE FINAL PIECE IS COMPLETE! 🌺

Today feels like a pretty special milestone for Hawaiian Fusion. 💙

After just 9 months of being open, the final renovation is officially complete — heating & cooling has now been installed in both treatment rooms! 🙌

When I think about how much this studio has transformed in such a short time, I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve created. Bit by bit, project by project, I’ve turned it into the space I always envisioned — warm, welcoming, relaxing and uniquely Hawaiian Fusion.

And now… I think I can finally put the tools down. 😂🔨

No more renovations. No more “what should I change next?” It’s time to simply enjoy the studio, focus on what I love doing, and welcome everyone through the doors.

Whether it’s the middle of winter or a hot Adelaide summer, both treatment rooms can now be kept at the perfect temperature so you can completely relax and enjoy your treatment. 🌿🔥❄️

9 months open. So much achieved. And Hawaiian Fusion Studio is finally COMPLETE. 🥰

🌿✨ TODAY HAWAIIAN FUSION GOT A WHOLE LOT GREENER! ✨🌿

Today I decided Hawaiian Fusion needed even MORE life, so I went a little plant crazy… 😂🌱🌴

I’ve spent the day adding beautiful living greenery throughout the studio, from the front indoor jungle and pond area right through to the sauna, spa and newly renovated bathroom.

And WOW… what a difference! 😍

The bathroom especially has completely come alive. 🌴🚿 With the big copper rain shower, warm timber, soft lighting and now beautiful palms and greenery surrounding the space, it feels like stepping into a little tropical Bali escape.

I’ve always wanted Hawaiian Fusion to feel like so much more than somewhere you simply come for a massage. I want you to walk through the door, leave the outside world behind and feel like you’ve stepped into your own little sanctuary. 🌺

🌿 A LITTLE STIRLING MARKETS PLANT HAUL! 🌺

Well… I may have gone a little crazy at the Stirling Markets today 😂🌿 Look at my car!

I came home with this beautiful collection of lush tropical plants, all destined for Hawaiian Fusion. 🌺

Some will be bringing new life into the newly renovated bathroom, others are heading into the heated spa treatment room, and a few will be joining the greenery around my indoor pond area. 🌱💦

I absolutely love filling the studio with real plants and creating that lush, tropical Bali/Hawaiian feeling throughout the space. Every little addition is about making Hawaiian Fusion feel less like a treatment room and more like a little sanctuary you can escape into. 🌴✨

Now to somehow get this entire jungle out of my car… 😂😂

Healing isn't always calm. Sometimes it's learning to put the guard down.
For years I got good at looking okay on the outside, but my body was still bracing, still
holding on to things it never got to let go of. I didn't even realize how much weight I was
carrying until I started doing this work.

Now I get to help create the space where someone else's nervous system finally exhales.
That's the whole reason Hawaiian Fusion exists.
