Single Oils 🤍

Single oils are a beautiful way to return to skincare simplicity. In formulation, each oil is researched in depth, and when used on its own, you begin to experience its unique magic.

Our range of single oils is slowly evolving, and these are three tried and loved favourites our customers continue to come back to.

✨ Golden Jojoba truly shines for everyone. Lightweight, balancing and beautifully compatible with the skin, it’s a gentle way to introduce a face oil to the tweens and teens in your life, and just as nurturing for us at every age.

✨ Rosehip is a favourite for midlife skin. Light yet deeply hydrating, it’s rich in essential fatty acids and naturally occurring vitamins C, E and A. Long valued in botanical skincare, it supports skin renewal, leaving your skin feeling smooth, even and visibly revitalised.

✨ Castor Oil sits in a realm of its own. Rich, viscous and deeply nourishing, it’s traditionally used to support the skin barrier. Perfect as a targeted treatment, it helps soften the appearance of fine lines while leaving skin feeling replenished and supported.

These oils are so versatile and can be easily woven into your daily rituals.

Apply to freshly cleansed, slightly damp skin as this helps draw the oil into the skin’s surface layers while supporting your natural barrier. Use morning and/or night, depending on what feels right for you.

Castor Oil is best suited to evening use due to its rich, glossy texture. During the day, you might prefer to apply it only to targeted areas rather than the whole face.

❤ When I formulated this oil, part of the process was guided by a beautiful community of women in midlife. We opened up a warm and honest conversation about what was truly important to them, what their skin was asking for, and how it was changing.

What was so interesting was that many of the women I spoke to are qualified skincare formulators and aromatherapists themselves. We were able to share openly, the oils we had tried, the results we had seen within ourselves, and in those closest to us. It became a space of connection, learning, and lived experience.

Maintaining the skin barrier and replenishing what naturally begins to diminish over time became an important part of formulating our Pure Organic Radiance Face Oil.

My formulation coincided with summer and my love for the beautiful fruits in season at that time of year. Coupled with my skincare studies, it felt like perfect timing that pomegranate revealed itself and soon became a star ingredient within this formulation.

Rich in powerful antioxidants, pomegranate helps to protect the skin from environmental stressors and UV exposure, two key contributors to premature ageing. Its protective nature supports the skin barrier, helping the skin stay nourished, and better able to retain moisture.

What makes pomegranate so special is that it truly stands in a category of its own. It’s not an oil with an easy substitute, its unique composition offers something beautifully distinct.

Known for supporting thinning skin, pomegranate helps to improve the appearance of skin structure, encouraging resilience while supporting collagen integrity and renewal over time.

I hope you’re finding little pockets of joy for yourself as we move into December and a new season. 🙏💛

Behind the scenes, I’ve been working away in my seaside studio, formulating and testing a few beautiful creations, from our nourishing facial serum, to a dreamy geranium + patchouli solid perfume, a fresh lemon myrtle + sweet orange natural deodorant, a soft vanilla infused jojoba body oil, a lightweight coconut + almond lip balm, and a grounding forest inspired room spray. 🌿

It’s been a season of creativity, testing, refining, and following inspiration wherever it leads.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve spent time working closely with one of the key ingredients in our new serum - Calendula Infused Oil. Calendula is one of those quiet achievers in the plant world. I love how it effortlessly soothes and calms dry, itchy, and inflamed skin.
