EP’s Chris and Sara, Dietitian’s Lauren and Kathleen, and Dr Theresa Girolamo from REYOU travelled to Mildura to join the incredible Lime Therapy team, and Dr Margaret Dunkley for a fun and informative evening focused on GLP-1 therapies and multidisciplinary care. 🍎 💪
The team had the opportunity to share knowledge, discuss the latest approaches to nutrition, exercise, weight management and GLP-1 medications, and collaborate on how we can better support patients — particularly those living in rural and regional communities. 🌿

A huge thank you to the Lime Therapy team for bringing everyone together and to the local Mildura GPs for joining us!

❤️ Heart Health Week (May 4–10)❤️
Your heart works for you every single day—what are you doing for it?

Regular exercise isn’t just about fitness, it’s one of the most powerful ways to support your heart health. Moving your body can help lower blood pressure, improve circulation, reduce stress, and keep your heart strong for the long run.

Whether it’s a walk, a gym session, or structured support from an Exercise Physiologist, every bit counts 💪

This week is your reminder to take steps to improve your heart health! Go get a heart check up or go for that walk! ❤️🧘
