Dominique is almost superhuman if you ask me!
She has lost 17.1kg 😲
She is 59cm smaller 😲
She has lost 13.1kg of fat mass 😲

Dominique started her weight loss program with us in September this year, and it has changed her life.

She listens to our nutritional advice, attends multiple classes each week and is a positive influence on her Family regarding food and lifestyle choices.
She’s very happy to say that her husband has also lost about 10kgs by simply eating what she is.

Our program works and Dominique is beautiful proof of that 🧡

Meet the fabulous Jeanette who is doing our weight loss program from home 🏡

Jeanette lives in Victoria and we have been coaching her virtually since June this year.

So far Jeanette has lost 15.5kgs 🙌🏻
She has also lost 50cm 🙌🏻 (20cm from her waist!!!)

Let’s give Jeanette a big thumbs up because she is an absolute legend and we have loved her enthusiasm and positivity every single week.

We have been collecting items for With Love & Kindness foundation. I am pleased to say that the bin is full and ready for collection.

Here is a little bit about With Love & Kindness:
We are seeking to provide disadvantaged South Australians with daily essentials through The Purple Bin Project. We want to end hygiene poverty. The purple bins accept a range of products for Adults and children. These include new underwear, new socks and new personal hygiene products, known as toiletries. These donations will be collected from the bins and bagged up and distributed to local shelters and charity organisations like Baptistcare SA. We are keen to grow the project together with the community and support many people doing life tough.

Here’s to yet another brilliant month - November 👊🏻

Our Biggest Loser for the month is:
🧡 Diedre 🧡 Having lost 5kgs in four weeks.
Well done lovely lady.

All our weight loss members did a fabulous job and as a centre we are now sitting at 15,239.4 kilos lost since we opened our doors.
That’s a whole lot of Christmas Pudding! 😂

This month we get to celebrate at our Christmas Party on Wednesday 13th and there will be no judgment when it comes to a few glasses of bubbles 🥂

Roast chicken 🐓 on a bed of celery, carrots, onion, rosemary and garlic. Stuffed with a whole 🍋 for a beautiful tang. Served with my roast veg salad!!!

Plenty of leftovers for lunch.
