Seeing so many of our regular patients and familiar faces walking through the doors of our temporary pharmacy at TLC Hanson has truly warmed our hearts!

We know that traveling out of your usual routine is an extra trip and an inconvenience. Yet, so many of you have made the journey anyway, bringing your beautiful smiles, kind words, and incredible support along with you.

Your loyalty means the absolute world to our pharmacy family during this rebuilding phase.

🔄 A quick reminder for the days ahead:

• 📍 In-Person Pickup: If you prefer face-to-face service, our team is still operating out of TLC Hanson in Woodville Gardens.

• 🚚 Prefer to Stay Home? If the journey is too far or too difficult, remember that our FREE Home Delivery Network is fully active. You don't have to travel at all—we will bring your medications straight to your front door at no extra cost. Just call us!

We are still hunting hard for our temporary physical pop-up shopfront and will have an exciting location update for you very soon.

🛠️ WE ARE HUNTING FOR OUR TEMPORARY HOME! 🛠️

Our pharmacy team has been working around the clock behind the scenes. While our FREE home delivery network is fully operational, we miss seeing your faces in person!

We wanted to give you a quick update: We are still searching for a temporary physical location to set up our new pharmacy!

Our management team is currently reviewing local commercial spaces, talking to real estate agents, and working with local authorities to find a shopfront right here in the neighbourhood. We want to open our temporary doors face-to-face for you as quickly as possible.

🚪 Until our new temporary doors open, your care remains completely uninterrupted:

🚚 Free Home Delivery: Call us on 8347 3515 or email us on [email protected] to have your regular medications delivered straight to your door at no cost.

📍 Urgent Pickups: If you need an immediate face-to-face collection today, you can still pop in to our temporary location at TLC Hanson Pharmacy in Woodville Gardens.

We are down, but we are definitely not out. Thank you for your incredible patience, your waves to our delivery drivers, and your beautiful messages of support.

💙 A LITTLE SMOKY, BUT 100% SAFE: A LOOK INSIDE OUR RESCUE MISSION 💙

Thankfully we were able to physically salvage our paper prescription-on-file folders from the rubble of the fire!

📄 Your original scripts survived!

However, because they were inside a burning building, the paper does have a "smoky smell." Therefore our team has spent the last few days individually transferring your salvaged scripts into sealed, airtight zip-lock bags.

What this means for you:
No delays: We have the actual paperwork. Your scripts can be dispensed right now with zero paperwork issues.

💙 OVERWHELMED WITH GRATITUDE: THANK YOU 💙

The last few days have been incredibly challenging for our pharmacy family, but the absolute flood of kindness, check-ins, and supportive messages from our community has left us completely speechless.

To everyone who has shared our posts, checked in on an elderly neighbour to see if they need their scripts, or simply sent us a kind word: Thank you. You are reminding us exactly why we love looking after this community.

We are fully operational behind the scenes and are actively looking for a new premises to relocate as soon as possible. We will keep you updated once we know more.

🚨HELP US REACH OUR OLDER & VULNERABLE NEIGHBOURS 🚨

You may have seen the devastating news about the fire at our pharmacy building. While our doors are temporarily closed, our care for this community has not stopped.

👥 A SPECIAL REQUEST TO THE COMMUNITY:

Many of our customers, elderly patients, neighbours, and friends do not use Facebook or computers. They may be worrying about how to get their medication.

Please help us by:
1. Check in on your elderly relatives, neighbours, or friends today.Tell them that TLC Europa Pharmacy is temporarily closed and give them our alternate number 8347 3515 so they can call us directly.

2. Share this post to local community noticeboards and suburb groups.

We have looked after this community for many years, and we are not going anywhere. Thank you for helping us look after each other.

Dear lovely customers,

Fortunately, we have managed to salvaged customer's prescriptions that are kept on file in folders located behind the counter.

📍If your scripts are in these folders, you can still get them filled at Kim's other pharmacy at TLC Hanson Pharmacy.

🚚 If you require a delivery, please give us 24 hours notice to organise and we can have them delivered to you on a Tuesday or Thursday.

💊 For our webster packs customers, if you could please send through a photo of your current webster pack (including the medication list and dosages behind the pack). This will enable us to ensure that we are packing the correct medications. Please email your photos to [email protected]

Your health and medication supply remains our absolute priority. Thank you for your loyalty and patience as we rebuild.

Dear lovely customers,

Due to an unfortunate recent event, TLC Europa Pharmacy is closed until further notice. The owners, Kim and Leng, are hoping to get on top of things as quickly as possible.

We have also managed to salvage scripts that our customers keep on file and will endeavour to help out as much as we can.

If you need any medications or have questions, please reach out to Kim at 8347 3515. She will be at TLC Hanson Pharmacy in Woodville Gardens and would be more than happy to help out.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in this difficult time to give us time to process and sort things out. We will post updates once we know more.
