Ingredients:

Ingredients:
β€’ 500g minced chicken breast
β€’ 2 eggs
β€’ Salt & pepper
β€’ Garlic powder
β€’ Oregano
β€’ 5g parmesan, grated
β€’ 100g tomato sauce
β€’ 80g mozzarella
β€’ Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix the minced chicken, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano until fully combined.

2️⃣ Transfer onto parchment paper and shape into a round pizza base less than 1cm thick.

3️⃣ Sprinkle 5g grated parmesan over the top.

4️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes at 180Β°C (356Β°F).

5️⃣ Remove from the oven, spread over the tomato sauce, add mozzarella and fresh basil leaves.

6️⃣ Bake again for 4 minutes until the cheese melts.

7️⃣ Slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!

Ingredients:
β€’ 3 slices of Toast Bread (approx. 28g per slice)
β€’ 60g Egg Whites
β€’ 15ml Milk (any kind)
β€’ Few drops of Vanilla Extract
β€’ Cinnamon & 0 Calorie Sweetener (to taste)
β€’ Toppings: Low-fat high protein Greek Yogurt, Fresh Strawberries, and a drizzle of Honey or Maple Syrup.

Instructions:
1 In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg whites, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener.
2 Dip each slice of bread into the mixture until fully coated.
