High Protein Sushi Cake ( No ROLLING! ) 🍣 🍰
Macros (Total): 425 Calories | 32g Protein | 36g Carbs | 16g Fat
Ingredients:
100g Cooked Sushi Rice (seasoned with rice vinegar/stevia)
120g Smoked Salmon (or tuna!)
50g Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 Cucumber (sliced thin)
1/4 Avocado
2 Nori Sheets (cut to fit your container)
Top with: Sriracha Mayo, Sesame Seeds, & Soy Sauce
Instructions:
Line a small glass bowl with cling film (leave overhang!).
Layer: Salmon -> Rice -> Nori -> Cream Cheese -> Veggies -> Nori.
Press tight, flip onto a plate, and peel!
