LOVE to be back!

I am back in practice from today and the books are open for you.

I have had several people already comment that it must SUCK to be back from holidays. I have always been a fan of creating a life that I don't HAVE to take holidays from.

We have a great life here.

We love where we live and are so lucky to have the space and the fresh air and the community that we have.

We have a great family and amazing kids, 2 of whom I missed like crazy.

We have jobs that we LOVE.

We have passion projects that inspire us like the Australian Chiropractic College

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE going on holidays. I love to explore and have adventures and learn. I love taking a break to recharge and reset and contemplate and imagine.

And I LOVE being back to do what I love with those that I love.

I don't do gym to get fit.

I don't do gym (and chiro) to stay healthy.

I don't do gym to get PBs (though I do love them).

I don't do gym for my mental health (though it helps).

I do gym so I can do the things I love like adventuring, and playing with the family.

Ijen Volcano was stunning. The sulphur was full on. The work these miners do hiking up steep rocky tracks out of the volcano with 80ks loads is incredible. As the sunrise made it all worth it.
