🌹 65 Roses Day – 29 May 2026 🌹
Today is a special day to raise awareness for cystic fibrosis and the incredible South Australians living with CF every day.
The term “65 Roses” came from a young child who couldn’t pronounce cystic fibrosis — and it has become a powerful symbol of hope, strength and community.
For people with CF, every day can involve treatments, medication, appointments and challenges many of us never see. With the support of our community, CFSA can continue providing practical support, advocacy and connection for families across South Australia.
Tonight, buildings across SA are lighting up red to show their support. Head out, take a photo and help us spread the word.
📍 Visit the buildings lit up in red:
- Adelaide Convention Centre
- Parliament House
- The Adelaide Riverank Pedestrian Bridge
- City of Unley Building
- Gawler Civic Centre
- Riddoch Arts and Cultural Centre
- Lady Nelson Visitor Information Centre
