You may have seen news about changes to the NDIS.

Some people are worried about the proposed changes.

The Australian Government has introduced a new NDIS Bill.

The Bill has not become law yet.

People can still share their thoughts and concerns.

If you want to have your say, you can:

📝 Make a submission to the Government

📞 Contact your local Member of Parliament (MP)

⏰ Submissions close on 1 June 2026.

It is okay if you feel worried, confused, or upset.

There is a lot of information online and in the media right now.

Please take care of yourself.

💙 Take breaks from social media if you need to.

💙 Talk to people you trust.

💙 Ask for support if you are feeling overwhelmed.

Your voice matters.

We will continue to share information and updates as we learn more.

We encourage people with disability, families, and supporters to learn about the proposed changes and have their say if they would like to.

Inclusion Australia has made Easy Read information to help people understand how to make a submission to the Government on the changes to the NDIS.

Your voice matters and submissions are an important way to share your experiences and concerns with government.

Find the Easy Read information here: https://www.inclusionaustralia.org.au/how-to-make-a-submission-about-the-ndis-bill-easy-read/

You must send in your submission by Monday 1 June 2026.
