✨ My Nervous System Ordered a Hot Chocolate ✨

Hot chocolate. Salt air. The kind of stillness that sneaks up on you when you stop trying to manufacture it. 🌊☕

I didn’t always know how to do this, by the way. For a long time, rest felt like something I had to earn. Like if I hadn’t ticked enough boxes, answered enough emails, been useful enough to enough people - I hadn’t really qualified for a moment like this one.

To be honest, moments like this still creep into my life
Maybe you know that feeling too.

The constant low hum of I should be doing something. The guilt that shows up uninvited the second you sit down. The exhaustion that somehow never quite turns into rest, no matter how much sleep you get.

This isn’t a sign that you need to increase your productivity. That’s a sign that your nervous system has forgotten it’s allowed to feel safe. 💛

It’s also exactly why I do the work I do - psychosomatic therapy, breathwork, mindset coaching, energy healing - because real rest, real recovery, real relief doesn’t start in your calendar. It starts in your body.

And working with me? It’s meant to feel a little bit like this… Like you can finally put something down.

Rest isn’t something you need to earn. You just have to take the first step. 🌸
