Jeanie Morella brings over 20 years of clinical experience to Botanica Medica, blending naturopathy, nutrition and firm therapeutic massage with a deeply personal understanding of chronic health conditions.

With a Bachelor of Naturopathy from Southern Cross University, Jeanie has a special interest in blood sugar management and diabetes care. Having lived with Type 1 Diabetes herself for more than 35 years, she understands the daily realities of managing blood sugar — the challenges, the nuances, and the wins. Her lived experience fuels her passion for helping clients navigate their own blood sugar journey naturally through nutrition, herbal medicine and supportive lifestyle strategies.

Jeanie also works extensively with autoimmune conditions, taking a holistic, individualised approach that focuses on the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. She supports clients with digestive health, low‑carb and keto nutrition, weight management and energy restoration.

As a massage therapist of over two decades, Jeanie specialises in firm therapeutic massage for people carrying chronic tension, sleep difficulties or general fatigue. Her broader toolkit includes homeopathy, Bach flower essences and reiki, allowing her to tailor care to each person’s needs.

Jeanie’s philosophy is simple: take the time to listen, understand the whole picture, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. She offers both in‑clinic and online consultations.
