Bloated right now? Try these 3 simple things 👇

1. Bone broth + butter
Add 1 tsp bone broth concentrate and 1 tsp organic grass-fed butter to boiling water. Sip up to 3 cups per day.
2. Apple cider vinegar before meals
Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and have it around 20–30 minutes before meals.
3. Swap raw veg for cooked veg
Roast a big tray of vegetables at the start of the week and keep them ready in the fridge. When your gut is feeling bloated and reactive, cooked vegetables can be much gentler than a big load of raw food.

Sometimes your gut doesn’t need more “healthy” food : it needs simpler, easier-to-digest food and a little less work. 🧘

Save this for the next time bloating hits, and follow for more simple gut-health tips and Reset recipes. 🤍

🧘 Reset. ⚖️ Rebuild. 🧭 Resilience.

Your gut doesn’t just need the right foods, it needs the right environment to heal.

Chronic stress keeps your body in “fight or flight,” making it harder to digest, absorb nutrients and support a healthy gut.

That’s why gut health is about so much more than what’s on your plate.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing simple recipes, practical nutrition tips and everyday habits to help you move through each phase of the Reset • Rebuild • Resilience Framework.

🤍 Let’s create a gut that’s supported, nourished and built for real life.

🫐 Blueberry & Cinnamon Chia Puddings

These are part of the Rebuild Phase of my Gut Healing Protocol and one of my favourite meal prep breakfasts. They take just a few minutes to make, keep well in the fridge, and make busy mornings so much easier.

Each jar is packed with fibre, healthy fats and protein to help keep you feeling satisfied throughout the morning.

Ingredients (per jar)

• 3 Tbsp chia seeds
• ¼ cup almonds (optional)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp collagen
• 1 scoop blackcurrant powder (optional)
• ½ cup blueberries
• ¾ cup liquid (I use a mix of coconut milk and water)

Method

Add everything to a jar and stir well. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes, then stir again to help prevent the chia seeds from clumping. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 10 minutes before serving).

Make four jars at once and breakfast is sorted for the next few days. 🫐✨

Save this recipe for your next meal prep!

We don’t need to fear fats. We need to understand them.
When you bring in nutrient-dense, real foods like eggs, avocado, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and fermented foods. You’re supporting your brain, gut, and energy systems in a deeper way.
Often brain fog isn’t random. It’s a sign your body is asking for more nourishment.
If this resonates, I can help you figure out what your body needs.
