SINGLE ARM CABLE ROW

Another training tip for you guys 👇

1. Pull through your body, not just to your body
Think about driving the elbow back, not just yanking the handle in.
2. Pull through your pinky finger
This helps you connect with your lat instead of just using your arm.
3. Don’t turn it into a bicep curl 😭
It’s a row — keep the arm strong and let the back do the work.

Quick tip for RDL’s if you can’t feel it in your hamstrings and glutes!

* Forces a proper hip hinge (loads glutes + hamstrings)
* Gives consistent depth (not too short, not too low)
* Keeps tension in the right muscles
* Helps maintain a good bar path

HYROX SHOUTOUT 🚀

BIIIIIG shoutout to .clare and for completing their first ever HYROX.

Taking on a HYROX for the first time is a massive challenge — doing it solo is another level. Both of these boys absolutely sent it and I couldn’t be prouder.

I love what these fellas are about and the way they show up to their training day in, day out.

For .clare it’s eyes on a big PB in Brissy, then straight into prep for the Adelaide Marathon in May.

For , training ramps up as he chases a marathon PB at the Adelaide Marathon in May as well.
