Our Gym community is filled with many loyal members of all walks of life from 1970's, who love the gym lifestyle calling this their second home. The love of training "hardcore" at this old school bodybuilding Gym ignites the same fire in the hearts of those who come to train in this inclusive Gym environment. Equipped with powerlifting bars, Ivanko calibrated & bumper plates, pin loaded and plate loaded machines, dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 100kg, boxing bags, kettle bells, strongman & functional training equipment and cardio equipment too. A little change to the visitors hours this long weekend

Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

Our members still have access as normal!

For our visitors, our online Fresha bookings will reopen as usual from Tuesday, so you can jump online and book your visit then.
