Thank you 🙏 Kate & Liesl for creating such a beautiful and safe space for 15 incredible women last night. 💓✨

Our Return to Self workshop inspired deep connection, reflection, and transformation—both collectively and individually. Witnessing women soften, release, and reconnect with themselves was truly special.

This is just the beginning. 🌙

Are you ready to step into your feminine energy and return home to yourself? 💫

Comment below to be a part of this journey 🥰 together we can make a difference! 💓

✨ This is your invitation to pause, reset and reconnect.

Through guided breathwork, Reiki healing and a nourishing sound bath, you’ll be supported to release stored emotions, regulate your nervous system, and create space for renewed energy, clarity and inner balance.

✨ No experience is needed—just come as you are, with an open heart, and allow yourself to receive the experience.
