I love how the teaching from The Bhagavad Gita are timeless as I get my mind & body to not base the future by looking at the outcomes of the past - Chapter 2, Verse 31 has been been rippling through me for the past week :

"O son of Kunti (Arjuna), either you will be killed on the battlefield and attain the heavenly planets, or you will conquer and enjoy the earthly kingdom. Therefore, get up with determination and fight."

During 2019-2020, I dived into the 200hr & 300hr yoga teacher training 🕉️ after I returned from going deeper with my meditation practice & teachings with 🙏 While I am on a self chosen pause & possible procrastination to complete the accreditation process to become a yoga teacher🤣 I am grateful for the philosophical teachings & discovery with the amazing teachers Sadhana & Keval 🙏 Today I took the teachings of for Oven cooked potato chips (5⭐️ rating on BBC Food) & a sprinkle of the mantra “guru om” while preparing an afternoon snack for the squids & their friends from the previous primary school (who happen to live across the road). 💯😀 Why the mantra, well thank you to Yogapedia this is why: “Derived from the Sanskrit word, gu, which means “darkness,” and ru, which translates as “remover,” the guru is more than just a teacher, but someone who removes spiritual darkness and paves the way to enlightenment and unity with Brahman.
