I designed this workshop around one simple idea: your hands know how to slow your mind down, even when nothing else can. Clay is messy and forgiving and completely non-negotiable about being rushed — which is exactly the point.

Join me Sunday 4th October, 12–3pm at Karawatha Community Centre, O'Sullivan Beach, for a Wellbeing Lotus Flower Clay Workshop.

Most days I'm a mum keeping it all together - solo, one day at a time. But I also provide theraputic art workshops, and if there's one thing I've learned watching people sit down with clay in their hands, it's this: you don't need to be "good at art" to feel something shift.

I'm running my Wellbeing Lotus Flower Clay Workshop twice over the next couple of weeks, so pick whichever suits you:

🌸 Wednesday 30 September, 1–3:30pm — Cooinda Community Centre, Sturt (ages 12+, so a lovely one to bring a teenager along to)

🌸 Sunday 4 October, 12–3pm — Karawatha Community Centre, O'Sullivan Beach

Both sessions are the same warm, unhurried experience — all materials supplied, tea/coffee and a light snack while we work, and your very own clay lotus flower fired and ready for pickup in 3–4 weeks. No art experience needed, just bring an apron and yourself.
