What is your favorite Saturday afternoon hangout?
We enjoyed hanging upside down in the wall ropes, or "rope sirsasana"!
A wonderful way of being inverted without weight baring, for getting length in the spine and trunk, for head and neck release, for improving circulation and quieten the mind and nervous system. It is accessible when fatigued.
Hang, breath and enjoying Saturday afternoon yoga!
