Over the next few weeks, Chris will be going through our records of unused deposits and prepayments and sending out emails to alert people of their balance, and the timeline for use. We have been more flexible with the deposit/ pre-payment expiry dates over the last year as I know that the cost of living pressures has impacted everyone. We will continue to be understanding, accommodating and work with people and their budget and timeline, however unused deposits will be forfeited if not used within the times provided (as per our terms and conditions), and donated to our favourite animal welfare charities.
