I encountered more loneliness within my marriage than among singles, revealing how even surrounded by others and connection to others, we can still be strangers to ourselves.

Partnerships and shared time are some of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had in life, but without the understanding of myself at a soul level, maybe I wouldn’t have the capacity to know just how to be fully present.

I DARE YOU 👇🏼

“Do whatever the f you want”

Seriously! Your people will love you and admire you if you HONOUR your authenticity.

This post is a celebration of my body and my soul. A moment in time my future self will likely cry her eyes out witnessing everything I’ve overcome. It’s a moment to appreciate and cherish.

So many women these days are openly slapping photos of themselves online for either validation of self, money or just because.

But does it really matter why? If it serves the purpose of what they need then so be it. Does not mean you need to like it or agree that it’s healthy. It’s up to us as the individual to choose whether or not we participate in that side of content.

This post — you decide what to make of it but to me it does not seek validation, it seeks to express a part of myself that has been quiet.

Back story: When I first started performing as a dancer / singer I remember wearing close to nothing on stage — podium dancing was the term for it. Not once did I question my feminine essence or my sexual expression while doing it. I loved it!!

As I got older the norms for expressing myself seemed to change and anytime I would wear a low cut top or wear something that made me feel sexy… I found myself covering up way more assuming I was “too old”. I changed what I wore when I started to create content and see clients as feeling that side of myself was only a part to be expressed behind closed door. Well recently by celebrating my body in a way that it deserves encourages my warriors to be whatever type of expressive they desire to be.

The liberation I’ve felt letting myself feel and do as I please has been so freeing! My body has responded in a way that I’ve not felt in years and my soul is on fire with joy to just be in the moment — age is just a number baby, energy is E V E R Y T H I N G 💫

Just be you.

Even if it changes from one day to the next, that’s okay…

I encourage you to do whatever sets your heart and soul on fire 🙏🏼

S E A S O N S 🌊

It took courage to share this but power and vulnerability is a mission I live by in the work that I do. So here I am sharing.

As my big raw heart opens up after layers upon layers of grief are shed…

The depth of strength here, after surviving the deepest betrayal, the hardest of heartbreaks, following a year of loss…

My heart was broken beyond a place I knew existed. Not just by a man I was in love with, a man who promised life, but a man I believed to be a true friend.

After losing two beautiful little souls who were not ready for this world (yet) and pulling myself back from the deepest place of grief…

I now stand here with my big heart, open and loving, as I know how rare it is to be here. To be alive. To get to take another breath!

Whatever this is; whatever we are. It is rare to be here.

Standing with my feet in the sand; how resilient I’ve had to be to survive… yet it doesn’t steer away for all the beauty that is continues to show up.

Coming back home to myself never to lose the love I constantly share with others.

I have been surrounded by people and light that inspires me to be the best person I can, even when I felt a path of darkness. I chose to follow the light.

Please know this…

No matter what others do, or how deeply they betray your trust and hurt you (no matter who they are to you)… all you can control is how you respond. As hurtful as some people chose to be, you have a choice…

It is never worth your energy to invest where energy is not appreciated.

So fight for your life. Fight for your energy. Fight for your love.

Showing up with kindness, love and respect (especially self respect) is what will give you the strength and power to thrive!

…I laugh, I play, I joke, I sing and I especially love those close to me… this smile is real because beyond hurt, beyond betrayal, beyond the heartbreaking lies… the universe showed truth.

So make sure when she does show up with truth, you listen 💫

To all those still here with me, always remember how unique and wonderful you truly are. Honestly, please know that!

Resilient or not… we all deserve kindness, love and truth.

Never settle for anything less than the world and never settle for someone who will won’t fight for your love, because you are so seen and so worthy ❤️

You never know how strong you truly are until being strong is the only choice you have left ❤️‍🩹

I have been MIA… but I promise I’ll be back soon. I can’t promise when that will be because recently I suffered a very sudden crisis that flipped my entire universe upside down in a split second. I’m slowly trying to gather the pieces back and have the most incredible friends and family around me supporting me.

My goal right now is to recover from this so I can be here to support you. I am not ready to publicly share, so I appreciate the privacy. But let me tell you this… when I am ready to share, it’ll be powerful words and energy pouring out of me that I will welcome 🥺

To anyone fighting out there right now, we feel they’re not worthy, to those who have endured a shock, to those deeply grieving, to those who have been betrayed, beaten down, abandoned… we are in this together and we will come out stronger 💪🏼
