I run a Private Studio and offer Personal Training, Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, Weight loss through Midlife and online Programs. Fitness Faster offers personalised private personal training sessions that take into account your goals, injuries, lifestyle and posture. Fitness Faster offers: Personal Training, Yoga and Pilates Classes, Body Fat analysis and lifestyle/dietary advice. Nicki will run you through an in-depth postural analysis, movement screen and body fat analysis to assess what your body needs on a physical and hormonal level.

What a day! ☺️ Last week I headed up to one of BHP South Australia mine sites to run a pottery hand building workshop for their staff.
In just two hours everyone learnt pinch pot techniques, slab rolling and turned them into animal pencil pots, vases and some little dishes. There was a lot of concentration, a lot of laughs, and some very proud faces at the end.
I love that the site offers mindfulness and creativity to its staff. It's such a good thing for workplaces to do!
