Small Group PT Is on This Week!
Our Small Group PT Strength Sessions run during the school term and are coached by Redefine owner Kel, who has thoughtfully designed every session to help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported.
🗓 Tuesdays & Fridays
⏰ 9:15am – 10:15am
👩🤝👩 Max 6 women per session
Each session is $38, pay as you go, no lock‑ins.
Each 1‑hour session is programmed with hypertrophy in mind, meaning we focus on working the whole body, building strength, and gradually increasing weights as the weeks go on.
What to expect in each session:
🌟4–6 strength stations
🌟 8 reps per movement so you can lift with purpose
🌟Challenging but achievable progressions
🌟A famous Kel ab finisher to wrap it all up 🔥
You don’t need to know what you’re doing, that’s why Kel is there. She’s watching your technique, offering guidance, adjusting movements, and making sure you’re lifting safely and effectively.
And yes… she programs it, tests it on herself first, and does the hard work right alongside you.
Across the term, we repeat the same key movements so:
✅You know what’s coming
✅You build confidence
✅You can clearly see your progress
Kel tracks every session, and at the end of the term looks back at the numbers, not to compete, but so you can see your wins and realise just how far you’ve come.
This isn’t about being the best. It’s about getting stronger than you were last week.
