At My Own Care, we provide personalised Supported Independent Living (SIL) for adults with disability and complex support needs across Adelaide.

Our compassionate team supports participants with daily living, personal care, medication routines, meal preparation, community access and life-skills developmentβ€”all within a safe and comfortable home.

We work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals to deliver support that is person-centred, culturally appropriate, consistent and responsive.
