💛 Coming together, growing together

As Carelink continues to grow across Adelaide, Melbourne and Darwin, we’re reminded of something simple but powerful, our team is the heart of everything we do.

Growth means welcoming new faces.

It also means saying goodbye to cherished team members who have walked part of this journey with us.

And in between all of that change, it’s important to pause… to sit together… to appreciate the people who show up every day with compassion, culture, courage and care.

Last week we took a moment to do exactly that.

A moment to thank each other.

A moment to laugh, reconnect and reflect.

A moment to honour what we’ve built and what we continue to build together.

Thank you for having Charlie, Darwin!
Our Relationships Manager spent last week in the NT visiting clients, attending the Darwin Disability Expo and connecting with some incredible organisations across the region.

We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and the genuine conversations about how we can continue supporting the NT community through in‑home support, community participation, and our beautiful SDA home in Palmerston offering SIL supports.

Charlie loved every moment — and he’s already looking forward to his next visit.

What an incredible week in the NT for Charlie.
During his time in Darwin, Charlie had the opportunity to attend the Darwin Disability Expo and connect with a range of organisations who are doing meaningful work across the Territory.

Across the expo and his visits, Charlie met with:

City of Darwin

Small Steps Big Change

Each conversation was centred on collaboration, community, and how we can work together to strengthen outcomes for participants across Darwin and Palmerston.

With in‑home support, community participation capacity, and our beautiful SDA home in Palmerston offering SIL supports, Carelink is excited about the partnerships forming in the NT — and grateful for the warm welcome Charlie received.

One of the highlights of Charlie’s recent NT trip was reconnecting with the team at Stronger Together Support Services

They currently provide Support Coordination to one of our participants, and the collaboration has been nothing short of exceptional. Meeting in person again was a great opportunity to strengthen that relationship and explore how we can continue working together to ensure participants feel supported, empowered and genuinely understood.

🌟 Celebrating compassionate leadership in action
This week, our General Manager Paige was invited to speak at Stanley College to students completing their Bachelor of Community Services and we couldn’t be prouder.

At Carelink Support Services, we believe that the future of our sector is shaped by the people who step into it with heart, curiosity and a genuine desire to support our most vulnerable community members. Paige embodies that every day.

Her passion for mentoring students and championing truly inclusive care is a big part of what makes Carelink who we are. Being able to share that knowledge with emerging professionals is not just an honour, it’s a responsibility we take seriously.

These students are the next generation of support workers, case managers and community leaders. Investing in them means investing in a stronger, more compassionate future for the communities we serve.

Last week our team came together to celebrate Binto’s birthday, and it was such a lovely reminder of how lucky we are to have her as part of the Carelink family.

Binto brings warmth, dedication and a steady calm to everything she does. Whether she’s supporting participants, guiding the team or stepping in wherever she’s needed, she does it with heart and we’re so grateful for the impact she makes every day.
