What if your health plan was built around you rather than generic advice?

Precision Health uses detailed assessment tools and personalised data to help uncover what may be influencing your energy, metabolism, recovery, nutrition, stress response, and overall wellbeing.

Instead of trial and error, you get a personalised, practical roadmap.

Here’s what that can look like 👀
➡️ Personalised Recommendations
Gain insights into how your unique biology, preferences, and patterns may influence the way you respond to nutrition, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle strategies.

➡️ A More Complete Picture
By considering factors such as your health history, behaviours, environment, and individual characteristics, we can identify opportunities to focus on the areas most likely to have a meaningful impact.

➡️ Clarity and Direction
Cut through conflicting health advice and receive a structured, personalised plan designed to help you focus on what matters most for your health.

➡️ Support to Put It Into Action
Knowledge alone rarely creates lasting change. That’s why the Precision Health Pathway combines personalised insights with practical coaching and support to help turn recommendations into sustainable habits.

Your health is unique. Your plan should be too.

Trying to change your habits without mindset work?

That often becomes a cycle of starting strong… then falling back into old patterns 😮‍💨

And mindset work without action?
That can leave you understanding your patterns, but still feeling stuck.

Sustainable change needs both.

Because lasting health changes usually aren’t just about knowing what to do. They’re also about understanding the thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and barriers that keep pulling you back into the same cycle.

THE LESSONS 👀
➡️ Motivation naturally fluctuates That’s normal. Sustainable habits are built through realistic systems, routines, and support — not relying on motivation all the time.

➡️ Self-compassion matters Research shows that people who respond to setbacks with self-compassion are more likely to re-engage with healthy behaviours, rather than giving up altogether.

➡️ Small changes really do add up Long-term health improvements usually come from consistent, manageable actions that fit your real life — not extreme overhauls.

That’s why the Women’s Lifestyle Reset focuses on:
✔️ mindset and behaviour change
✔️ realistic habit formation
✔️ evidence-based lifestyle strategies
✔️ support and accountability

Because improving your health shouldn’t feel like a constant battle with yourself.

You know you’d probably feel better with more nourishing food, better sleep, and more consistent movement.

But the knowing-doing gap is real 🫠

Because sustainable health change usually isn’t about lacking information.

It’s about:
→ overwhelm
→ all-or-nothing thinking
→ busy schedules
→ stress and mental load
→ trying to do too much at once
→ not having support or accountability

THE SHIFT:
➡️ Less pressure, more consistency
➡️ Small changes that actually fit your life
➡️ Structure and support instead of relying on motivation
➡️ Turning “I know what I should do” into practical action

That’s exactly what we focus on inside the Women’s Lifestyle Reset.

A realistic, supportive approach to improving your health in midlife - without extremes, guilt, or starting over every Monday.

I’m so excited to share that Precision Health is now available through LMC ✨

Sustainable health change doesn’t come from guessing, jumping between plans, or following advice that was never designed for you.

It comes from understanding your body, having a clear direction, and knowing exactly what to focus on - and why.

That’s what the Precision Health Pathway is built for.

A structured, science-led approach to take you from feeling stuck and frustrated to having real clarity over what your body needs.

The Roadmap:
1️⃣ Discover - Using validated scientific assessment tools and the precision health platform, we build a detailed, objective picture of how your body works - your biology, your patterns, your health drivers. It’s this data that tells us where to focus, and why.

2️⃣ Plan - Using your results, Dr Marny designs a tailored plan focused on where you will see the greatest positive change. No generic checklists.

3️⃣ Implement - Practical health coaching support with our experienced women’s health coach, Lauren, to help you put the plan into action in a way that fits your real life, preferences, and capacity

4️⃣ Continue - You build the understanding and confidence to keep going, with support as you need it.

This isn’t another thing to try and abandon. It’s a step-by-step pathway to understanding your body and having a clear path forward - with science to back every recommendation.

If you’ve been piecing things together on your own and are sick of the trial and error, this is your clearer way forward.

If you feel like you’re eating less than ever and your body still isn’t responding the way it used to — you’re not imagining it.

There are real physiological shifts happening in midlife.

Three key changes start to influence how your body responds:

➡️ Changes in oestrogen can shift where fat is stored — often more around the abdomen

➡️ Your body may become a little less sensitive to insulin over time, meaning energy is handled differently than it was in your 20s and 30s

➡️ We gradually lose muscle mass (sarcopenia), which can affect metabolism and how strong and energised you feel

The part many women aren’t told is that pushing harder with restriction isn’t the answer.

What tends to be more helpful is shifting the focus:
→ eating in a way that supports muscle and keeps you satisfied
→ incorporating strength-based movement to maintain muscle over time
→ creating daily patterns that support more stable energy

An approach that actually matches the body you have now.
Not extremes — just the right foundations, done consistently.

That’s exactly what we focus on inside the Women’s Lifestyle Reset — practical, evidence-informed support designed for midlife.

If you feel like what used to work for your health just… doesn’t anymore - you’re not alone 🤍

So many of the women I see are doing all the “right” things, but still feel like they’re constantly starting over.

It’s not a lack of motivation.
And it’s not that you’re doing it wrong.

A lot of health advice is built for ideal conditions - perfect routines, plenty of time, and very little competing demand.

But real life doesn’t look like that.

Most health plans don’t fit into the reality of midlife - balancing work, family, and everything else on your plate.

Short challenges can get you started, but don’t always last.

Longer programs can feel hard to sustain. And many don’t show you how to keep going afterwards.

That’s exactly what we wanted to change.

The Women’s Lifestyle Reset is designed to help you build habits that actually fit your life - not just follow a plan for a few weeks.

8 weeks of structure and support, with space to go at your own pace.

Enough time to build momentum, and learn how to keep going well beyond the program itself.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, or like nothing seems to stick long-term, this is for you.

Staying consistent shouldn’t feel this hard 🧭

We’re often told that to be healthy we need strict discipline, habit trackers and a rigid morning routine. But what if that structure is actually working against you?

Sustainable habits aren’t one-size-fits-all — and neither is the way your brain responds to change.

In our program we use a simple framework to help you understand how you’re wired:

📋 The Structure Seeker: You thrive on clear plans, checklists and accountability. A predictable routine lowers your mental load and creates a sense of calm.

⚖️ The Flexible Planner: You work well with a light framework — a few anchoring habits that stay consistent, with flexibility built in around them. Too much structure feels suffocating, but no structure at all leaves you feeling lost.

🌊 The Freedom Seeker: Rigid plans make you want to rebel. You need flexibility, autonomy and a menu of options to choose from rather than a fixed schedule.

This can shift depending on your demands, life stage and what life throws at you. The key is knowing what you need now, so you can stop forcing yourself into a plan that was never right for you.

Which one are you? Drop a 📋 ⚖️ or 🌊 in the comments!
