Backyard Yoga is baaaaack! 🥰
A few possible showers won’t bother us in the least on the deck and I’m sure the birds will be happy to join us. Look forward to practicing with you all again. 🧘🏼🌳🦜🙏💕

So sorry. I was looking forward to it but I somehow twisted my knee and the slightly funny gait I developed (despite my best efforts) has irritated some joints in my foot - how wish everything WASN’T connected right now! 🤪Sure I’ll live and look forward to seeing you soon.

Looking forward to practicing with you 🌳🧘🏼🙏💕

Look forward to practicing with you this Sunday morning 🧘🏼💕🌳

No need to let a little rain get in the way of your yoga practice. Sunday 9:30am I’ll have the blinds down the heaters on 🧘🏼💕🌳
