For professionals ready to break free from stress, anxiety, burnout, disconnection and emotional overwhelm. I am Toni Stevens, a Healer & Coach. I help people to create calm, confidence and connection by connecting to their inner power. A qualified Reiki Master, Meditation Leader, NLP Master practitioner, Hypnotherapist and EMPR Method trauma healer. Working on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 'The Connection Centre' 313 Melbourne St, North Adelaide. Only when mind and body are in a calm state can we start to truly let go and heal ourselves of past injuries, trauma, emotions and behavioural patterns. When we allow ourselves to open up and discover what is blocking us, we can reach our true power source within. Then we can begin our journey forward and discover new ways of being. It is my vision to hold a space where you can reach states of deep relaxation and calm to release old patterns and create harmony and balance in body and soul. When we are stuck in negtaive states we feel awkward, stressed, tired, irritable, we hold heaviness in the heart space, an unsettling tension in the belly or diaphragm, we feel unworthy and we feel like we can’t trust our frantic minds and frazzled bodies to make the right choices. Imagine feeling calm and at peace in your body, mind and soul. A deep contentment from knowing who you are, what you stand for. Loving yourself in every aspect of your being, being able to feel 100% comfortable with yourself. Being able to trust your body, that it’s working with you to create a life that’s so aligned with your soul that you glow. You glow from the inside out, because you are now listening to yourself and know what is right for you. When you feel like you are glowing, you actually shine your beautiful light on the world, that light gets reflected back to you in beautiful and new ways.

I work hard for this! ❤️ Well I think I do. After some deep conversations with friends and family lately... I don't think I work hard at it all. And I think that is a part of my problem and a part of my success.

Ultimately I believe life and love should be easy and fun. But this is not always the case. As a wise lady said recently- there are the plans we make and then there is what happens.

Usually if I encounter a challenge - I face it. I'm curious. I'm compassionate. I'm open minded, I try to resolve it.

Sometimes I forget how to be a good partner, friend, mum, daughter, sister, aunty, I focus on what I am not getting.

Then I remember- what am I actually doing or giving?

I look at my own patterns and how I'm showing up.

If I want good things i have to be willing to give it too.

I am willing to be the Conscious Leader I know I am.

I make a choice each and every day. To show up as who I want to be in the world. To lead myself.

I trust my intuition. I set magical intentions. ✨️

I chase my dreams with a passionate heart and quiet consistency.

I believe in a brighter future for humanity. I am here to help others walk the path of light and love along with me. 🌟

And I realised today....
I'm riding that f king FIRE 🔥 HORSE 🐎 this year!

The Earth beneath our feet, offers all we need. And we are told we need more. Always the marketing machine sells us the glory of a better life. We blindly follow whatever we are told. By our parents, our friends, our teachers, our colleagues, our priests, our leaders.

This is the ultimate conditioning of humanity. That we are under constant bombardment.

Are you aware. Awake. Living consciously?

We are all living unconsciously to one extent or another.

What is it you are ignoring, forgetting or avoiding?

There are our patterns of conditioning. Of accepting our lot.

The truth is ( I believe ) you get to Choose your own truth. Your own life.

Are you living your life, or a version of someone else's dreams.?

We are magnificent beings of Consciousness.

It starts with awareness. Of ourselves. Our values. Who we are. Where we came from. Where we want to be. And the endless possibilities of existence. 🌈

Awareness sounds like this...

The Journey Within. We all meditate for different reasons.

To quieten the mind. To calm the nerves. To focus. To cultivate awareness. To access intuition. To find inner peace.

The reasons are many. The invitation is the same, because the journey is always within.

This meditation retreat day is for anyone wanting to learn and practise different meditation techniques, and to walk away with practices they can actually use — real tools for the every day, not just a beautiful hour on a cushion.

Whether you're brand new to stillness or looking to deepen an existing practice, you'll leave with something personal to carry home.

🌕 What we'll explore together:

Grounding practices to relax the body and quieten the mind

Breathing techniques to calm the nerves

Guided meditation journey, to access higher consciousness

Mantra meditation practice to focus the mind

Stillness practices to cultivate awareness and create inner peace

🌳 We'll also sit with the roots of our own disconnection; the judgement, expectations, attachment, aversion, resistance, and fear that pull us away from ourselves.

⭐ We'll access the ways we find our way back: acceptance, forgiveness, flow, compassion, surrender, gratitude, presence, and love.

You don't need experience. You don't need to "be good at meditating." You only need to be willing to arrive.

Your garden is blooming. Have you noticed? Spring is coming. 🌸🌞🍀 We have these delicate and delightful flowers in our garden. They are inherited from my Grandma Peggy and Kim's Bubba... each time I see them it reminds me of them.

Of their existence. Of their love. Of who they were to me. And the beautiful qualities I adored in them.

A part of grieving is remembering. Having small reminders like flowers 🏵 or stars 🌟 or animals 🦋 to remind us of our loved ones.

It's so easy to forget. ❤️

Meditation isn't just a wellness buzzword. It's one of the simplest, most proven tools for a healthier, more focused workplace.🧘‍♀️ We spend most of our waking hours at work, and I'm guessing that not much of that time is spent calming the nervous system.

Here's why it works:

🌿 It sharpens focus. Meditation trains the brain's attention, making it easier to concentrate on a task and return to it quickly after every ping, interruption, and inbox distraction.

🌿 It lowers stress. Regular practice calms the body's stress response, helping people meet pressure and conflict with composure, instead of reacting from an already-stressed nervous system.

🌿 It improves decision-making. Meditation creates a pause between stimulus and response. That small pause is where better judgement, clearer communication, and stronger collaboration actually come from.

A calmer team isn't just a nicer team to work with, it's a more focused, more resilient, all round better functioning one.

If you always put everyone else first… where do you stand in the line, last? We can become so good at caring for everyone else. As the leader, the mum or dad, the partner, the son or daughter, or the friend.

We want everyone to be happy, healthy and okay.

So we say YES when we mean NO. We put our needs aside and keep the peace. We make sure everyone else has what they need.

And somewhere along the way, our own dreams get pushed to the back of the queue.

But your goals and dreams need your time and energy.

Your life needs your attention too. 🌸

Boundaries aren't about caring less. They're about remembering that you are one of the people you need to care for.

So ask yourself: Where have I been placing myself last in line?

And…What would I make space for if I stopped putting myself last?

Your dreams deserve a place at the table too. 💛

An interesting conversation today about being intentional - she had all her goals and intentions set for the year and then came an obstacle. A massive health challenge.

Pain. Disappointment. Disconnection. Fog. ⚡️

Sometimes we can have the best laid plans and intentions and life has another path for us.

Last week during the Lion's Gate portal I also had great plans. And boom 💥 a massive challenge came up so that I had to put my sword in the ground and stay true to my values.

Choosing to make a stand went against my goals and plans but I had to say i do not want this in my life.

Luckily for me - things worked out exactly as I wanted them to. But that's not always the case. Sometimes the path is not so clear and we have to surrender and trust the path.

Taking one right step at a time.

Sometimes setting intentions, is knowing what we don't want. And setting boundaries instead.

My heart and mind were here this morning 🌄 at our favourite holiday place. 💛 A place of peace and calm.

The power of our minds and imagination is beyond belief. Just as we have traumatic memories that cause us to have TRIGGERS. We also have beautiful memories that cause us moments called GLIMMERS✨️

This was my GLIMMER moment. I felt the peace and cal I felt here on our holiday recently. 🌊

In Hypnosis we use these positive memories to create powerful anchors for us to return to a feeling and mindset.

It's simple but so powerful. 🤷

Transform Stress, Anxiety and Burnout. 🔥

Create Calm, Clarity and Confidence. 🙏
