How did we get so lucky to have you Samuel Mussared đŸ«¶

Thank you for the never ending love and support you give us, and for always being that person who feels like home.

Our boys are so lucky to have you as their dad, and I feel even luckier to get to do this life with you.

We love and appreciate you more than you know.

Happy late Father’s Day babe ❀

There’s been so much talk about NMN lately, so I thought I’d share a little about why it’s become such a popular topic in the healthy ageing space.

NMN is involved in supporting cellular energy production, which is one of the reasons I choose to include it as part of my daily supplement routine. qore8 NMN Pure Max Powder has been really easy to add to my morning protein shake and I’ve also been incorporating the Sleep Well+ into my nighttime routine.

I’m all about finding simple ways to support my body and overall wellness especially as I approach 40 this year.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Throwback to when my SmilePath clear aligners first arrived and the journey officially began 😁

I was so excited to finally get started! I love how discreet they are and how easy the at-home process has been.

I’m already a little further into my journey now so I’ll be sharing an update soon.

Most people start lifting weights because they want to change the way they look.

But if that’s the only reason you’re training, you’re missing the bigger picture.

Every time you strength train, you’re investing in your future self.

You’re building muscle to support your metabolism.

You’re improving insulin sensitivity and metabolic health.

You’re strengthening your bones.

You’re reducing your risk of falls and fractures as you age.

You’re making everyday life easier from carrying the groceries to playing with your kids or grandkids.

Strength training isn’t just about looking fit.

It’s about creating a body that’s strong, capable, resilient, and independent for decades to come.

So don’t just train for the body you want today.

Train for the life you want tomorrow.

Lift. Fu***ng. Weights. đŸ’Ș

Perimenopause isn’t one-size-fits-all. ✹

Many women are told their blood tests are “normal” or that their symptoms are just part of getting older
yet they still don’t feel like themselves.

Hormone symptoms can be complex and many women have a combination of hormone patterns contributing to their symptoms.

Above I share five common hormone patterns that may help you better understand what’s going on in your body.

These aren’t diagnoses they’re simply a way of understanding some of the common patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms.

💬 Which one sounds most like you?

💌 Save this post for later and share it with someone who might find it helpful.

Three months ago I attended my first JMT Workshop.

At the time the idea of competing again had been sitting in the back of my mind, but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it for the right reasons.

I knew I was ready for something that excited me again. Something that would challenge me mentally and physically, and allow me to harness the mindset work I’ve done over the years.

The workshop gave me the space to reflect on what was truly important without all the noise and influence of the outside world.

What I realised was that this goal wasn’t about proving anything.

It was about celebrating turning 40.

Celebrating what my body is capable of after having three kids and stepping into a new decade of life.

Once I got clear everything shifted.

I had a fire in my belly.

I stopped overthinking and started taking action.

Three months later I’m following through on that goal and genuinely excited about the journey ahead.

I’m incredibly grateful to the JMT Workshop for helping me find that clarity and commit to something that matters to me. ❀ JMT Adelaide

My progress in the gym got a lot faster when I stopped doing these 3 things.

→ Mistake 1: Trying to eat less.
In my early days of training I tried to stay lean and wondered why I wasn’t building muscle. I was under fuelling my workouts, struggling to recover, and seeing very little muscle growth.

→ Mistake 2: Chasing calories burned instead of strength gained.
I used to judge a workout by how many calories I burned. Once I shifted my focus to getting stronger and progressively improving my lifts, everything changed.

→ Mistake 3: Not prioritising rest days.
I thought more training. More cardio. More effort was the goal. What I didn’t realise was that muscle is built during recovery. Once I started giving my body time to rest and recover my performance and results improved dramatically.

You don’t need a complicated training plan.

Often you just need to eat more, train with purpose, recover properly, and stay consistent long enough to let the process work.

👇 Which one of these have you struggled with? đŸ€«
