I am running a 6 week fitness challenge that is starting on SATURDAY the 1st of November. This can be used as a kick start to you achieving your health and fitness goals or alternatively as an extra session for you in your routine!! The sessions will be designed to test people of all fitness levels and I will be there right by your side to help you every step of the way.
At a cost of only $150 per person, you are getting 6 sessions of being pushed to your limits at various locations and your measurements taken at the start and finish of the challenge. Save yourself $120 on my normal session prices. Plus you will be working out alongside people who are going to be as fun and motivated as you are to achieve your goals.
To book contact me on Facebook or call me on 0421 670 347
Last bookings will be taken on Tuesday 28th of October.
Sessions will be at 7am Saturday mornings.

Mornings are the best times for all you people out there with weight loss as your main health and fitness goal for 2 reasons.

Reason 1: The body has little other energy sources to burn other than your fat stores

Reason 2: THERE IS NOBODY IN THE GYM!!! No waiting for machines and weights. The Best!!

Your body can do 10 times as much as what your brain will tell you it can do.JUST KEEP GOING!!!
