⭕️Everything has come full circle ⭕️

The beast herself Portia Size and myself have rejoined forces at our new stomping ground
Derrimut 24:7 Windsor Gardens and we are here to stay.

For those who know the story knows what this means and how triumphant this feels to be back together helping people get the best out of their health and fitness in one of the finest/biggest gym facilities in SA.

I've been very excited to have Portia back on board as she knows her stuff in every aspect having even managed gyms in the past and already helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals.

Expect to see Portia at Windsor gardens Derrimut helping many more people in the 100's

Here we go ⚔️

❗️ Your kids miss out on opportunities in life because YOU don't look after yourself ❗️

I took my girls to a giant play cafe on the weekend

I have a severely autistic 4 year old daughter who wasn't confident climbing the playground herself but wanted nothing more than to go down the big slide in the tube like the other kids (many many times)

I would carry her up in one had and the tube in the other while all the other kids would whizz past us and we went down that thing repeatedly for at least 30 minutes and she had a blast every time😁

Pretentious sounding yes but had I not been in reasonable shape and actually strong enough to carry her no way I could of kept that up for even 10 minutes let alone 30+ minutes

If I had to watch my daughter be by herself and no one to play with it would break my heart so I don't stay fit for myself. It's for them to be able to experience these joys and not miss out cause Dad can't keep up

You aren't working on your health just so you "last longer" for your kids. Every day you don't look after your health your kids are missing out on more opportunities. Be better for them if not for yourself

🙌 Warm Happy Birthday to Pete 🙌

Peter joined us back in April wanting to improve his health and fitness and has been kicking ass since

Pete also battles with major heart degenerative disease and was told by his Docs he wouldn't make it to 64 (take that).

So we made sure to celebrate it with him when he showed up for his PT session that day with us.

A man of endless optimism and keeping his chin up, he inspires us all to just get the work done no matter what's going on in the background.

Happy Birthday Peter 🎈🎊

Whenever I drop my daughters to their respective schools I spend all day in the car 🚗

It's a 60 min drive one way and I have no issue with it, we get to play their songs on repeat (Barbie girl and Big Guy from SpongeBob are current favourites)

Then I'll head to the gym, chill in the car and work for 5 hours listening to some Lo Fi beats and it's quite pleasant 👌

Humble tidings, keep the grindings 🔥

Well done to our Strongman Ben Gregory yesterday

Probably the most non-ideal lead up to this comp with things going on behind the scenes but mind stayed strong and showed up and got it done with PB's hit as well 💪

Strongman ain't all about the muscles, it's about strong mind also 🧠

Thanks STRONGMANIA for the show

Our coach Harry Carter helped a lot for the prep with this one too.
