There’s something incredibly special about being trusted to hold space for someone while they reconnect with themselves. 🤍

This beautiful feedback came from a woman who experienced one of my breathwork sessions at a retreat in Bali.

I’m so grateful for the women who trust me with these moments.

This is why I do what I do. 🌿

Thank you Beth, for trusting me with your experience. 🤍

Something shifted in that room yesterday that I am still finding words for. 🤍

Yesterday, Jess and I had the absolute privilege of holding space with some beautiful people for our Restore Your Rhythm breathwork journey.

And honestly… I’m still sitting with how special it felt.
There are moments in this work where you don’t need many words, you can just feel that something has shifted.
The room gets quieter. Breaths get deeper. Bodies soften.

There was breath, there were tears, there was release, there was laughter, there was stillness… and so much space to simply be.
Watching each person move through their own experience was really beautiful.

I feel so grateful to everyone who trusted us enough to step into that space, slow down and allow themselves to receive. 🤍
And I’m so grateful I got to share this experience with Jess too.
This is why I love what I do.

Creating space for people to pause, breathe, release and reconnect with themselves.

Thank you to everyone who shared yesterday with us, I think we’re all still carrying a little piece of that afternoon with us.
I know I am. 🤍✨

Much love Kerry x

For a long time, I was the woman who looked like she had it all together.

I showed up.
I got things done.
I looked after everyone else.

And from the outside, you probably wouldn’t have known how exhausted and disconnected I actually felt.

Somewhere along the way, I had become so used to pushing through that I had stopped asking myself what I needed.

I knew how to keep going.
I just didn’t know how to slow down.
My own journey taught me that coming back to yourself isn’t about becoming someone completely different.
It’s about remembering the woman who was already there.

Learning to listen to your body.
Learning to trust yourself again.
Learning that rest isn’t something you have to earn.
Learning that you don’t have to keep holding everything together alone.

That journey is a huge part of why I created Bloom Into Harmony.

Because I know what it feels like to lose touch with yourself, and I know how powerful it can be when you finally begin finding your way back. 🤍

This is the space I now hold for other women.

For the woman who is capable, caring and used to being the strong one.
The woman who knows something needs to change, but isn’t quite sure where to begin.

You don’t need to become someone else.
You get to come home to yourself. 🤍

If this feels like you, I’d love to hear from you.

Maybe you don't need to push harder.

Maybe you've been pushing hard enough for a very long time.

There is a difference between giving up and giving yourself permission to stop fighting your way through every day.

Sometimes we get so used to being the one who keeps going that slowing down can feel almost uncomfortable.

Not because we're doing anything wrong.

Just because we're not used to it.

There doesn't always have to be another thing to fix, achieve or get through.

Sometimes there is value in simply creating a little more space.

To breathe.
To notice.
To listen.

And to ask yourself what you actually need - not what everyone else needs from you. 🤍

Maybe feeling safe enough to soften is where the real shift begins.

What would change for you if you stopped pushing for a moment?
