NDIS community participation doesn’t work when it’s vague.

Many young people disengage from generic activities because expectations aren’t clear.

Structured programs allow participants to know what’s happening before they step in.

• NDIS community participation can be program-based
• Participants can ask for session structure upfront
• Predictable routines reduce uncertainty

Some of the best days are the simple ones 🌊💙
Today we headed to the aquatic centre and honestly had the best time. Swimming, going on the rides, splashing water around, laughing nonstop and just enjoying the moment together.

These are the kinds of days that mean so much to us at Kiki Community Care. It’s not always about big things, sometimes it’s just about getting out, having fun, building confidence, and creating genuine memories with good people around you 🥹😊

Seeing everyone relaxed, happy, and smiling all day is exactly why we love what we do 🩵🩵

Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
Mental health isn’t something separate from our daily lives it’s part of everything we do, feel, and experience.

At Kiki Community Care, we see firsthand how important it is to support not just physical wellbeing, but emotional and psychological health too. Whether it’s through meaningful community participation, building life skills, or simply having the right support system around you, every small step matters.

Burnout, stress, and overwhelm can feel heavy… but you don’t have to carry it alone. #
This month is a reminder to check in with yourself and with others.

To slow down when needed.
To find balance.
And to prioritise what truly supports your wellbeing.
If you or someone you care about needs support, we’re here 💖

💜 Purple Day – International Epilepsy Awareness Day 💜

Today we stand in support of the millions of people around the world living with epilepsy. Epilepsy is more than seizures, it’s a journey that requires strength, understanding, and support.

At Kiki Community Care, we believe in creating a world where people living with epilepsy feel safe, supported, included, and empowered to live full and meaningful lives.

Let’s continue to raise awareness, break the stigma, and show kindness and understanding not just today, but every day.

You are not alone 💜

💜🩷 World Down Syndrome Day – 21st March 🩷💜
Today we celebrate extra chromosomes, extra love, extra smiles, and extra special people who make the world a brighter place 🌈✨

People with Down syndrome are not defined by a diagnosis — they are defined by their big hearts, beautiful personalities, amazing talents, and the happiness they bring to everyone around them 💖

At Kiki Community Care, we believe everyone deserves to be included, supported, celebrated, and given the chance to shine in their own unique way ⭐

The world is more beautiful because everyone is different.
And different is something to celebrate 💝
Different, not less. Always loved. Always valued 💜💜
