All of the items advertised for sale on our page are by pre-order only unless stated otherwise. The Buying Process
1) We advertise merchandises on our page along with their respective prices.
2) Customers can then place an order by submitting our online form.
3) Upon receiving your order, we will issue an invoice to your email address with the amount due according to your order.
4) Customers can then make payment before the specified deadline.
5) We then buy the ordered merchandises in Australia for our customers and bulk ship them to our warehouse in Malaysia.
6) Finally, we pack and post the orders to individual customers. Ordering
Deadlines will be set according to the upcoming shipment dates. Orders must be made before the most current deadline, which will be announced and updated regularly on our page. 1) Once you have submitted an order via our online form, an invoice will be sent to your email address within 24hours along with instructions on how to make payment.
2) Your order will only be processed once payment is deposited into our account. Please note of any delay in between transfers. We will not be held responsible for any missed order caused by delayed processing of your payment by financial institutions.
3) Once payment has been received, we will issue a receipt to your email address notifying you of payment receipt and confirmation of your order. Estimated Time of Arrival
As a guide, you could expect delivery of your orders to be approximately within 30 days from the deadline specified. Although we strive to deliver orders to customer as per scheduled, delays occasionally occur caused by overbooked ships, weather restraints, quarantine by customs and many other factors beyond of our control. In the unlikely and unavoidable event, that a delay is expected, we would notify customers as soon it is detected. Delivery & Postage
Price is inclusive of postage within the area of Peninsular Malaysia. If postal address is in Sabah or Sarawak, we require an additional RM5 for each item ordered. We use the national courier PosLaju for speedy and reliable delivery of your items to your specified address. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay encountered during transit by PosLaju or inaccurate delivery address provided to us by customers. Refund, Exchange, Return & Cancellation
All sales are final. Goods paid for are not refundable or exchangeable. In the unforeseen event that an item a customer has already paid for is out of stock, we will provide a full refund. Alternatively, the customer may select another item in stock. Difference in price of the new item will have to be paid for by or refunded to the said customer.
