🌟High Value Woman ✨
Over the past week, I’ve been taken inward — really sitting with myself, reflecting on the lessons, the growth, and the ever-evolving version of me that is continuing to emerge.
About five weeks ago, I met a lovely man online. We began spending time together, and honestly, it was beautiful — fun, connective, exciting, and full of moments that reminded me of parts of myself I hadn’t fully allowed out in a long time.
From the very beginning, I made myself a promise: I was going to show up completely and utterly as my authentic self. No masks. No walls. No shrinking. Just me — in all of me.
And if you know me, you’ll know I am big energy. I have done a lot of work on myself, and because of that, the mirror I hold can be bright. I’m also willing to receive the mirror reflected back to me, even in the uncomfortable moments, because that is where growth lives. Growth can stretch us. Growth can challenge us. But if we genuinely want to evolve, we have to be willing to meet ourselves honestly.
After three weeks, that connection came to an end. It shocked me, but I also deeply respect that everyone is walking their own journey and making the choices that feel right for them. There is no blame, no discomfort, and no need to make anyone wrong. He is a lovely person, and I’m grateful for the role he played in this chapter of my growth.
As I’ve unpacked the experience, one thing has become very clear to me.
My mantra this year has been, “I am a High Value Woman.” For me, that means I know my worth. I know my value. I know what I deserve to experience in my own life, and I won’t accept less than what honours me.
But what I’ve realised is that being a High Value Woman is not just about what I allow from the outside world. It is also about how I show up for myself.
I have been working deeply with self-love for years, and it is such a big part of my Warrior Woman workshop. Yet this experience lovingly showed me the areas where I still wasn’t fully valuing myself. My car hadn’t been washed in far too long. The inside needed vacuuming. I had slipped into wearing the same gym-style clothes most days. I wasn’t wearing earrings. I wasn’t dressing up. I wasn’t consistently giving myself the breathwork, meditation, movement, and care that help me feel connected to me.
And then, in this short connection, I saw her again — the feminine version of me who laughs, flirts, feels beautiful, gets excited to get dressed up, and allows herself to be seen. That version of me didn’t disappear. She was simply waiting for me to COME HOME to her.
So although the experience ended, I can honestly say it has been one of the most amazing lessons I have received. Every experience comes to us with something to teach us. Sometimes the lesson arrives through joy, sometimes through discomfort, sometimes through contrast — but if we are willing to look within, there is always wisdom waiting there.
Now, “I am a High Value Woman” means honouring myself in every area of my life. It means cleaning my car because I deserve to feel good in my own space. It means dressing in ways that make me feel alive. It means continuing my health journey through walking, the gym, breathwork, meditation, and daily choices that remind me I am worthy of my own love, attention, and devotion.
Because at the end of the day, if I am not showing up for myself, I cannot fully show up for anyone else — not from the fullness of my heart, not from my truth, and not from my High Value Power.
So, if this speaks to something inside of you — if you are looking in the mirror and asking, “How can I come home to myself more deeply?🤔
How can I honour the woman I am becoming?🤗
How can I step into my own High Value energy?🥳
